Host and third party
Our strategy for integrating with external systems includes using published APIs and common service calls to simplify integration through data definitions, leaving protocol support to a system software layer driven by configuration data. When additional data elements are needed, solution capabilities extend the data model, adding critical business data.
The solution provides externalized integration APIs and supports industry standard protocols including web services, HTTPs, and MQ.
Peripheral devices
We use industry-standard, component-based methods and published APIs to quickly integrate different peripheral devices. Supported peripheral devices include check scanners, check printers, receipt printers, laser printers, card readers, signature authentication devices, and cash dispensers and recyclers.

Configuration
We hold workshops to gather and review customer requirements. Knowledge transfer includes a detailed functionality review including defining a configuration strategy and validating that the configured solution works as expected.
Enhancements
When conducting workshops, we may discover additional requirements that cannot be handled by configuration. In these cases, expanding the scope or customizing the solution may be required.
When enhancements are identified, we work to understand the business needs and priorities for requirements definition and implementation timing.
Prepares our solutions for production by implementing defined deployment architecture, performing incremental validation and refinement, transferring knowledge, and transitioning ongoing operations to your personnel.
Architecture
We conduct nonfunctional requirements and architecture sizing-workshops to capture the operation and supporting structure for the solution. This process provides documentation, processes, knowledge transfer, and configured environments to support the non-functional requirements and deployment architecture.
User acceptance
We systematically validate and refine the solution, which results in an accepted, production-ready solution. The user acceptance process includes testing initial configurations and enhancements, defining end-to-end user scenarios, and using the solution in pilot locations.
Knowledge transfer
The Knowledge Center develops learning opportunities and materials tailored to the solution. Our team provides technical training for application architects, developers, and system administrators. We also provide training for business analysts and business-area users who manage or use our solutions.

On-premises model

Cloud model
Cloud deployment delivers ARGO solutions in a “software as a service” licensing model. Our software is centrally hosted in a Microsoft Azure Services U.S.-data center and licensed on a subscription basis.
